Page Mandarin Tart Make a pie pastry dough and line individual tart tins. Bake the pastry, let cool. Melt one cup fruit jam with 3 or 4 tablespoons water to make a glaze. Glaze the bottom of each pastry. Arrange peeled mandarin slices on top. Pour a little glaze over the mandarins, then sprinkle with mandarin zest.
