Monachello Possibly a citron-lemon hybrid, with lower juice content, thicker rind but unique flavor. Primofiore Accounts for about 20 percent of the lemon crop in Spain. Smaller but juicier and more acidic than Verna. Verna Also known as Berna, this lemon is the main variety of Spain. Tender and juicy with few seeds.
